Returns and defective items are handled directly by the supplier

⏰ الإبلاغ | Reporting
يجب الإبلاغ عن أي منتج تالف خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

✓ يقبل الاستبدال | Acceptable for return:
• منتج تالف أو معيب | Defective or damaged product
• إبلاغ خلال ٧ أيام | Reported within 7 days
• إرفاق صور للعيب | Photos of defect attached

✗ لا يقبل الاستبدال | Not acceptable:
• منتجات سليمة غير تالفة | Non-defective items
• إبلاغ بعد ٧ أيام | Reported after 7 days
• منتجات مستخدمة | Used products
• منتجات التخفيضات | Sale items

🔁 المسؤولية | Responsibility
المورد مسؤول عن:
✓ استبدال المنتج التالف مجاناً
✓ تحمل تكاليف الشحن
✓ إرسال بديل جديد

The supplier is responsible for:
✓ Replacing defective item free of charge
✓ Covering shipping costs
✓ Sending new replacement
